This will also need changed if it is not responding to your touch as it should.

EXPRESS REPAIR: Call us to book an express repair appointment and have your screen replaced while you wait. You pay after the repair is completed. We accept cash or payments by PayPal. Cheques are no longer accepted.

REPAIR BY POST: Have your iPhone repaired and back in your hands within 72 hours*. Print the Repair Form, fill it in and post with your iPhone. We will test it and send you a quote if anything else is needed. Once repaired we will test it again to make sure it is working 100%. You will then recieve an invoice for payment through paypal. Your iPhone will be returned using Royal Mail special delivery, which is included in the price.

GENUINE: (Recommended) We have Genuine Apple screens in stock. These are the best quality available, for the reassurance that only the best parts are being fitted in your iPhone. They have extra measures to stop dust building up between the LCD and glass after the repair. They come with a 1 year warranty and a free screen protector.

GENERIC 1: Generic 1 screens are manfuactured by a third party supplier. They are high quality and a lot more durable than cheaper generic screens. Cosmetically you may be able to tell the difference between this and a genuine screen. These are not copied or fake screens as they do not have Apple printed on them. They come with a 120 day warranty.

GENERIC 2: Generic 2 screens are manfuactured by a third party supplier. They are high quality but not to the same standard as Generic 1. They come with a 60 day warranty.

FAQ:

Why are your prices so much cheaper than Apple?

We are an independent provider of iPhone repairs and are not connected to Apple in any way. We buy our stock direct from the factories that manufacture iPhone parts. We don't have to pay massive overheads for offices or high street stores either. This allows us to set our prices at a level which we feel is much fairer to the consumer.

What about my warranty?

If your iPhone is still under warranty, you may lose the remaining period by having your iPhone repaired by any independent repair service. 'Apple Authorised' repair centres are the only places to guarantee your warranty will still be intact, but they must charge full Apple repair prices. The average price for an official 'out of warranty' repair is £139. We strongly recommend using genuine parts for 'in warranty' repairs, as this makes it more difficult for apple to detect.

We are completley transparent about this as we don't believe in misleading our customers.

If you would prefer to have an official Apple repair, the ONLY places to do this are through your network, with an Apple Authorised service provider or in the Apple Store. The Apple Store in Belfast is located at Victoria Square.

 

 

* We give a realistic turnaround time for our mail in repair service. The 72 hour repair service is a guideline, some repairs may require more time. We aim to have your device back in you hands the day after we recieve it. You will be updated every step of the way.
